2024/25 now default year

We have run our year end process to bring the upcoming 2024/25 academic year into the EYFS Tracker. This will now be the default year when you access your children and results. Please do remember that if you work in a school, your children will automatically have been moved up one year group.

Also note that the EYFS Tracker is ready for use for either Birth to 5 Matters or the revised DfE Framework. The default is DfE, but schools and settings can request that we migrate their account to a Birth to 5 account. If you wish to trial Birth to 5 before migrating fully, we can set up a separate trial account for you.

A reminder of our recent update on the Early Adopter framework

We are busy preparing a version of the EYFS Tracker for those who wish to use it with the new framework which the government recently published. This version will be fully compatible with the new Early Learning Goals (ELGs).

There will be a new website address for early adopters to use, and we will copy over your children’s details to the new website. The look and feel of the new website will be very familiar and the same range of analysis and learning journey reports will be available.

For more information please do visit our blog post or get in touch for more details.

An update from the EYFS Tracker directors, Steve and Phil

Firstly, we hope that you and your colleagues are doing ok during this challenging time.

Following the government guidance on dealing with the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to give you a status update on the EYFS Tracker.

Our priority at the EYFS Tracker is supporting our clients and team during this uncertain period. As a result we have fully implemented a homeworking plan. This will ensure that we maintain a good level of service, whilst at the same time playing our part in reducing the spread of coronavirus.

Despite our staff working from home, we are able to deliver a business as usual service as we can manage the EYFS Tracker remotely. You can get in touch with us via email and phone, as normal. If you’d like to have a video call with us we can support this too.

We will continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation and provide you with updates accordingly.

If you do have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch, or call us on 020 8099 4240.

Thank you,
Steve and Phil
